Five Easy Ramen Recipes

Between class, practice, and homework, sometimes it’s hard for a college student to have time to eat. After eating slices of pizza and burgers, a change is nice. Here are five easy ramen noodle recipes for any college student on the go:

Ramen Chicken Noodle Soup

For a quick and easy soup add some cooked chicken, cabbage, carrots, and ramen noodles to a pot of boiling water, let it cook for three minutes. Then you can start your Netflix binge for the evening.

Ramen Salad

For a new, easy twist on a classic salad, use the uncooked noodles as a crunchy addition. Start with chopped romaine, celery, and onion, then toss with a tangy oil and vinegar dressing.

Ramen Stir-Fry

Stir-fry thin slices of beef, scallions, garlic, and ginger, then add beef broth and soy sauce to make a savory sauce for the dish. Toss together with sugar snap peas and ramen noodles for a filling meal.

Ramen Chicken Salad

You can buy some rotisserie chicken from any grocery store to save time. Toasted ramen noodles, almonds, and sesame seeds add great flavor and crunch to this salad.
