Aramark has updated its menu for One Main Cafe, giving students an additional meal option.
These new meal options are intended to produce more variety, especially for those with dietary restrictions. Meals include classic artisan sandwiches, fresh pasta with a choice of chicken or vegetables, mac and cheese, pizza, and new salads. Donuts will also now be prepared fresh for breakfast.
The new meal options will remain the same price, and be equivalent to a meal exchange of $6.50.
One Main has also replaced its beer on draft with bottled beer, making it more accessible for those over 21 during normal hours. In addition, a new smoothie and milkshake bar is planned to come to One Main Cafe.
When asked about the changes, sophomore nursing major Daniel Craver said, “The new menu has some nice new options. I can switch it up whenever I want to.”
Craver said that he visits One Main almost everyday.
Courtney Koosman, a first-year music major, said that she enjoys going to One Main Cafe for her “new usual,” the creamy mac and cheese with chicken.
“It’s becoming a problem for me,” Koosman said. “I can never decide what I want now.”
Koosman also said that her usual visits have left her with a slowly building collection of One Main Cafe soda cups in her room.
