Phantogram will be visiting the Newport Music Hall Sunday, Oct. 6, at 7 p.m.
The band–comprised of duo Josh Carter and Sarah Barthel–uses an eclectic mix of sounds, including synths, electronic and organic instruments, to create their unique strand of dreamy indie pop.
Residing in Saratoga Springs, N.Y., Phantogram has released two full-length albums, 2010’s “Eyelid Movies” and 2011’s “Nightlife”.
They have also released a string of singles and EPs, including 2013’s self-titled “Phantogram.”
The duo records their music in a barn, located in upstate New York, called Harmony Lodge.
Newport Music Hall is located at 1722 N. High St. Tickets are $22.85 and can be purchased on www.ticketmaster.com.
