Having already been present in downtown Columbus, Barrel 44 gained a good reputation for having fair prices and great food. In turn, a lot of excitement encircled the opening of the Bexley branch. Since its opening, the restaurant has lived up to the expectations of city residents and Capital students. Barrel 44 offers a Happy Hour special on their drinks as well as their small plates, lowering the price to $5.50 between the hours of 4:30 P.M. to 8 P.M. If you’re looking for a casual, quality place to dine and save a bit of money, Barrel 44 cannot be beat.
Moshi Sushi

Moshi Sushi sits on the corner of South Parkview Avenue and East Main Street and tends to be overlooked. For being small in size, the ambience of the restaurant is very cozy yet modern. As a guest at Moshi Sushi, one will receive all-star service from a very considerate and skilled staff. Piada has been gaining popularity in the last year and a half rivaling other college student favorites such as Chipotle. Conveniently in walking distance from Capital University, it has catered to and satisfied the appetites of many since its opening last year. Serving authentic Italian street food, Piada offers many options such as their traditional Piadas, pasta bowls and salads. Unlike most fast dining, Piada offers a Happy Hour special between 3 P.M. and 5 P.M. During that time every day all of the restaurant’s “street sides” are only $1.50! Street sides include Piada Sticks, Artichoke Spin Dip and Chips, Calamari Fritto Misto, a side salad or a kid’s pasta bowl.
