Why are you running for Student Government?

I am re-running for Student Government because I want to ensure a campus that is inclusive, united, safe and fun for everyone!

What is your favorite aspect about Capital University?

My favorite aspect about Capital University are all the friendships that I have made along the way. From classes to campus organizations, faculty and staff, this campus has offered me some of the most amazing people that I will ever meet.

If elected to the position you applied for, what are your goals for next year?

My goals for next year will reflect a campus that is engaged as a community. My primary concern on Capital’s campus is students’ needs and achieving justice for everyone. As a representative in SG’s Student Life Community, I am focused on what benefits students the most and how we can achieve it together. I’d like to bring attention to division on campus and how we can come together as one, as well as highlighting and acknowledging students’ mental health, campus safety, and making campus as eco-friendly as possible. And that’s just the beginning!

Is there anything else you would like to share to the student body about yourself?

I’m so excited to be returning for a third year to represent our student body!
