Between 8:15 and 8:24 a.m. today, an unidentified man allegedly exposed himself to a female Aetna employee on the third floor of Saylor-Ackermann (SA) residence hall.
The suspect is described as a white male between the ages of 18 and 24. According to an email sent to campus faculty, staff and students, the suspect was wearing a dark blue, long-sleeved shirt; boxer shorts and no shoes.
The suspect ran away when the victim tried to take a picture of him. Public safety and Bexley police searched the residence hall following the incident but did not find the suspect.
Because Cap Grounds is located in SA’s lobby, all students have access to the building by swiping their Capital ID, and many students hold the door for those behind them when entering campus buildings. This creates the potential for those without allowed access to enter.

Denise Russell, director of publications and marketing for the university, sent students, faculty and staff an email about the incident around 1:30 today.
